This course is intended for students who want to learn and perform all types of vocal music ranging from the classical and popular styles. Drawing from important American musical styles, the class will also study and perform vocal jazz music and musical theater styles. Students will learn how to sing correctly, basic music reading, harmonizing, and maintaining proper vocal health.
